They put you on a plane where you sit for 14 hours and then they release you in another world. Everyone speaks a version of English, you're on the other side of the equator, winter is now summer and somehow, 1 day of your life is unaccounted for. But don't worry, when you return, when you board the plane to return, you'll get home before you even got to the plane.

But that's actually just a sliver of the beginning and the end.

Back in October 2022 while sitting on a beach in San Felipe, Baja MX, we were discussing the boys upcoming graduation from College and High School. The original plan was a trip to southern Europe. Noah having been to Spain his senior year of High School and John having been in Europe in the 90's, John said "why don't we go big?"

The country is known for being an expensive place to enjoy, especially as it grows in popularity with tourists from around the world. That shouldn't stop you from wanting to explore this majestic place, though.
